**Chức Năng**: Là một loại thẻ chức năng dùng để ghi chú trong bot (Không hiển thị khi chạy trên messenger). Nội dung bên trong là đoạn văn bản giúp người dùng **Smax bot** ghi chú lại các nội dung khi xây dựng kịch bản.
