**Chức Năng**: Dùng để gửi hình ảnh cho khách hàng. Bạn có thể tải ảnh bằng cách truyền vào đó Attribute ảnh (nếu bạn đã có setup từ trước đó), đường link ảnh từ một trang web khác (*Image URL or Attribute*) hoặc cũng có thể tải ảnh trực tiếp ảnh lên bằng cách nhấn vào (*Add image*).

**Lưu ý:** 

1. Link ảnh không được chứa dấu cách. Nên tải ảnh lên hệ thống để tránh bị lỗi khi gửi cho người dùng.
2. Có thể copy các URL ảnh từ block này sang block khác hoặc các bot khác mà không cần mất công upload lên thêm một lần nữa.
