# \_2.23 SmaxChat Tags

Bạn đang sử dụng Smax.chat để quản lý tin nhắn với khách hàng và đang chạy quảng cáo, muốn tự động gắn thẻ để nhân viên có thể theo dõi, chăm sóc theo kịch bản. Thì element này sẽ hỗ trợ bản làm điều đó:

### 1- Tạo tags bên SmaxChat

\- Bạn vào mục **Cấu hình (1)** sau đó đến phần **Tags (2)**, nhấn **Thêm Tag Mới (3)**, tạo **tên Tag (4)**

### 2- Kết nối với SmaxBot.

 \- Bạn vào mục **Cấu hình (1)** sau đó đến phần **Integrations (2)**, nhấn nút bật kết nối với SmaxBot **(3)**

### 3- Tạo thẻ (card) để gắn tags.

\- Bạn vào 1 block và thêm thẻ **SmaxChat Tags (1)**\
\- Sau đó chọn **Add** hoặc **Remove** Tags tùy nhu cầu của bạn **(2)**\
\- Chọn **tên Tag (3)** mà bạn mới tạo ở hướng dẫn phía trên

### 3- Lưu ý:

\- Bạn phải chọn **đúng page** ở cả **SmaxChat** và **SmaxBot** nhé, nhiều bạn chọn sai page nên sẽ không gắn tags được.
